Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the refund and cancellation terms for payments made on the Contractor Registration & Renewal Management System (CRRMS) of Assam Plains Tribes Development Corporation Limited (APTDCL).

1. Scope

  • This policy applies to all fees paid through CRRMS, including registration, new licence and renewal fees.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Fees once successfully paid are non-refundable.
  • No refund shall be made if an application is rejected, returned for non-compliance with queries, or withdrawn after payment.
  • No refund shall be made for an incorrect class selected by the applicant.
  • No refund shall be made on suspension or cancellation of a licence.

3. Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate payment made for the same application.
  • Amount debited from your account but payment not reflected on the portal (failed transaction).
  • Excess amount charged due to a technical error on the portal.

4. Failed Transactions

  • If the amount is debited but the payment status shows failed or pending, do not make a repeat payment immediately.
  • Such amounts are usually auto-reversed by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
  • If not reversed, raise a refund request as described below.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@aptdcl.com within 30 days of the transaction.
  • Include your name, registered mobile number, Application / Registration No., Transaction ID, date and amount.
  • Attach a bank statement or payment receipt showing the debit.

6. Refund Processing

  • Requests are verified against portal and payment gateway records.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
  • Refunds are not made in cash or to any account other than the original source.
  • Bank or gateway charges, if any, may be deducted as per applicable rules.

7. Cancellation of Application

  • An application may be cancelled by the applicant before submission (draft stage) without any charge.
  • Once fee is paid and the application is submitted, it cannot be cancelled for refund.
  • APTDCL may cancel an application or licence in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

8. Changes to this Policy

  • APTDCL may revise this policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this page.
