- Payment details: transaction ID, amount and status. Card or bank credentials are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by the portal.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and access logs, used for security and audit.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and register you on the portal.
- To process, scrutinise, verify and approve licence applications and renewals.
- To send OTPs, application updates, verification schedules and renewal reminders via SMS or email.
- To maintain records as required under applicable Government rules and for audit purposes.
3. Aadhaar Data
- Aadhaar is used only for identity verification through authorised eKYC services.
- Aadhaar numbers are displayed in masked form and are not shared with any third party except as required by law.
- Biometric information is not collected or stored by the portal.
5. Data Security
- Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
- Access to records is role-based and logged.
- Uploaded documents are stored in secured storage with restricted access.
6. Data Retention
- Records are retained for as long as required for licensing, renewal, audit and legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
- You may view and update your profile information through the portal, subject to verification.
- You may request correction of inaccurate information by contacting us.
- Certain information cannot be deleted where retention is required by law or Government record-keeping rules.
