Contractor Registration & Renewal Management System

Enrol as an APTDCL registered contractor, renew an expiring licence, follow every stage of scrutiny and pay the prescribed fee — entirely online, without a visit to the Corporation office.

Contractors already enrolled with APTDCL must register on the portal and apply for renewal using their existing Registration Number.

How the process works

First, complete your one-time registration on the portal. Once registered:
Fresh Registration: Submit a new registration application.
Renewal: Apply to renew your existing registration if it is expiring or has already expired.
Existing APTDCL Registration: If you have an existing APTDCL Registration Number but have not yet registered on this portal, first register on the portal. You can then apply for renewal using your existing Registration Number.

2.Complete One-Time Registration

Verify your mobile number and complete Aadhaar eKYC to complete your one-time registration.

3.File the application

Fill the applicant, contractor/firm particulars and upload self-attested documents.

4.Track and Pay

Track scrutiny, queries and approval from your dashboard and make payment once your application is approved.

Registration guidelines

1. Registration of Contractor from Class-III up to Class-I(A) will be completed through this portal. 2. Registration of Contractors under various categories shall remain valid for a period of 1(one) year. During this period, Contractor registered in lower class may get themselves registered/upgraded in upper class by depositing additional Fee as per prevailing rates of Upgrade class with required documents fulfilling all criteria, if they so desired. Online standard application with all required information shall be uploaded in www.apdcl.com. All required documents shall also be scanned in original and attached along with application in proper Tab.

Work experience

Experience means work orders and work done / completion certificates as prime contractor in Govt. departments, undertakings, boards or PSUs. Key personnel must be declared with pass certificates. Machinery may be owned, leased or hired. Up-gradation criteria are in the Up-gradation tab above.

Registration fee

As approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 4 July 2025. The fee is payable by e-payment through this portal; a receipt is generated on success.

Renewing an existing licence

Renew within the window

Renewal opens before your licence expires. The portal will alert you on your dashboard.

Refresh the time-bound documents

Passport photograph, GST (3B) return, labour licence and bank solvency certificate must be current, along with a copy of the licence being renewed.

Pay the renewal fee

The fee is shown before payment and a receipt is generated on success.
